I started BTS Media because I was tired of watching small businesses get handed generic, rushed creative work that didn't actually reflect who they were. So I built something that does.
I care about what goes out under my name. That means every project gets real thought, real effort, and a result worth showing off.

Nope. All websites are built on Squarespace, which is honestly better for small businesses anyway — you can manage it yourself after handoff without needing a developer.

You don't until you inquire — intentionally. Every project is scoped and quoted individually so you're not overpaying for things you don't need.

Depends on the scope. Simple design projects can turn around in a few days. Websites and larger builds take longer. Timeline is always discussed upfront.
