Tyler McKinzey, Founder and CEO of Beyond the Sirens, has over 13 years of experience in EMS. He holds credentials as a Board Certified FP-C (Flight Provider), National Registered Paramedic (NRP), Mental Health Resiliency Officer (MHRO), AHA and HSI Instructor, EMT Instructor, and Firefighter. Currently working as a critical care paramedic, Tyler founded Beyond the Sirens in response to the mental health crisis among first responders. His dedication to public safety and passion for the camaraderie within the field drive his mission to provide education, support, and community for those who serve.

Dr. Marshal Eidenberg
Marshall Eidenberg is a board-certified emergency physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. With a focus on disaster planning and education, Dr. Eidenberg has a proven track record of integrating clinical expertise with hands-on training. His experience in EMS Scope of Practice planning for the Department of Defense in 2004, combined with his dedication to improving emergency care, makes him a key asset to the Beyond the Sirens team, committed to delivering high-quality, life-saving training to first responders and medical professionals.

Lily McKinzey, NREMT-B, CCMA, CPT
Lily McKinzey is a healthcare professional and operational leader with over five years of experience across medical assisting, phlebotomy, emergency medicine, and health education. As Director of Operations at Beyond The Sirens — the critical care and EMS education company founded by her husband, Tyler McKinzey — she drives the strategy behind the brand, leading marketing, communications, outreach, and social media. She also runs BTS Media, the brand's creative and digital division, where content creation, website design, and more come to life. A certified AHA/ASHI Instructor and skilled public speaker, Lily is passionate about equipping first responders and medical professionals with the tools and training to make a lasting difference.

Mark Gallegos
Mark is a New Jersey-based Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic and the Chief Technology Officer at Beyond The Sirens. He leads our information technology systems, logistical operations, and equipment procurement. In addition to his tech expertise, Mark actively supports our Prehospital Advanced Life Support Education efforts. He’s deeply passionate about making education more accessible and promoting mental health resources for first responders. Mark’s dedication plays a key role in the continued growth and impact of Beyond The Sirens.

Megan Mills
Megan serves as the Chief Administration Officer at Beyond the Sirens, bringing both leadership and heart to the team. A full-time Wildlife Biologist specializing in White-tailed Deer populations and disease surveillance, she also carries a deep-rooted connection to public safety through her family of first responders. Having seen the importance of continued education and accessible mental health resources, Megan was inspired to join Beyond The Sirens for its commitment to professional excellence and peer support. She’s proud to be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to those who dedicate their lives to helping others—our first responders.

Lt. Kenny Sweitzer Jr.
With over a decade in high-acuity emergency medicine, Kenny Sweitzer Jr. brings a rare blend of frontline leadership and advanced clinical expertise. As a Fire Lieutenant at Clearwater Fire & Rescue and a Critical Care Flight Paramedic with Aeromed in Tampa, his experience spans trauma, cardiac care, and critical care transport. A certified ACLS and PHTLS instructor, ALS team captain, and dedicated preceptor, Kenny is as invested in elevating the profession as he is in patient outcomes — earning recognition that includes Paramedic of the Year, Rotary Club Firefighter of the Year, and multiple Chief's Unit Citations.
