What courses does Beyond The Sirens offer?
We offer a variety of life-saving courses, including AHA certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), CPR, Phlebotomy training, specialty workshops (IV insertion, trauma simulation, EKG interpretation), and personalized tutoring for medical exams. If there is something you would like us to teach on, but don’t see it listed, feel free to contact us and we can see if we can tailor a class to meet you or your business’s needs!

Are your courses available online?
Most of our courses are in-person to ensure hands-on experience. We do offer virtual courses for our Phlebotomy Training, JBS Academy, Babysitting Training and more! We also include skills kits for practice with some of our courses.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not provided unless the funds are used for services at a later time or if an irreversible situation arises on our end. Please refer to our full refund policy on our website for more details.

Can I reschedule my class if I can't attend?
Yes! You may reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Please check our rescheduling policy for details on fees and conditions.

Do you offer certification for Phlebotomy?
Yes, we offer both certification and non-certification options for our Phlebotomy Training. Students completing the full course can sit for the AMCA national certification exam.

Do I need to bring anything to class?
For most of our courses, we provide all necessary materials. However, for specific courses like Phlebotomy, students will receive a skills kit to practice at home. For CPR classes, please wear appropriate attire such as closed toe shoes and clothes that are conducive to kneeling, bending, lifting, and more. If you have any further questions regarding this, please contact us.

Will I be filmed or photographed during my training?
Photos and videos may be taken during training for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please provide a written or typed request prior to the class.

We offer a range of CPR training options for businesses, including but not limited to HeartSaver CPR, ACLS, PALS, Basic Life Support (BLS), Friends + Family CPR, and Hands-Only CPR. We can customize these courses to fit the specific needs of your workplace, such as daycare centers, schools, construction sites, and more.

Can you come to our location for CPR training?
Yes, we can send our certified instructors to your business location to provide CPR training. This option is especially convenient for larger teams or workplaces with unique scheduling needs.

Are your CPR certifications valid and recognized?
Our CPR training is accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA), and certifications are valid for two years. Participants will receive official certification cards upon successful completion of the course.

CPR courses typically last 2-4 hours, depending on the course (e.g., HeartSaver, BLS, or specialized training). We also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your team’s work hours. What is the minimum number of students required for bulk classes?
We recommend a minimum of 6 students for bulk CPR training, but we can accommodate both larger and smaller groups. Contact us for more information about group training sizes and pricing.

What happens if an employee misses the scheduled training session?
If an employee is unable to attend the scheduled session, we offer rescheduling options based on availability. Please contact us to reschedule.

How can I receive a certificate for my employees?
Once your employees successfully complete the course, they will receive official certification cards from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 24 hours. The cards will be sent directly to their email.
