Our Hands-Only CPR class is a fast, empowering training that teaches you how to take immediate action during a cardiac emergency—no mouth-to-mouth required. This non-certification course focuses on the most important steps in saving a life with confidence until professional help arrives.
Participants will learn how to:
Recognize the signs of sudden cardiac arrest
Call for emergency help and respond quickly
Perform high-quality chest compressions for adults and teens
Use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
